Eric Paglia is currently an Investment Banking Vice President at Barclays, specializing in Leveraged Finance. They began this role after serving as an Investment Banking Associate from 2020 to 2024 and as a Summer Associate in 2019. Prior to joining Barclays, Eric worked at Dell Technologies in various roles, including Advisor in Corporate Strategy & Planning and Research Analyst in Corporate Market Intelligence from 2016 to 2018.
