Gauri Goel

Gauri Goel currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Governance in Group Control at Barclays since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gauri held the position of Director of Markets Business Management at Barclays International from April 2016 to May 2024, and worked as an Independent Consultant at Barclays from September 2013 to April 2016, contributing two years in the Chief Control Office of Barclays Investment Bank and spending the last six months as COO of the Quantitative Analytics business within Markets. Gauri also served as Vice President at Barclays Wealth from January 2010 to March 2012. Gauri's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD, a Master of Business Administration from the International Management Institute, and a BA in Mathematics (Hons) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
