Gavin Chapman

Gavin Chapman is currently the Co-Head of Principal Investments at Barclays, where they manage the governance and execution of minority equity investments across the group. With over 30 years of international financial services experience, they have held various senior roles, including COO positions in investment banking and asset management. Gavin has successfully led significant business change programs and built successful businesses from the ground up. They are also a board member for several organizations, including HT Materials Science and Naked Energy Ltd, and actively contribute to initiatives like the Thames Estuary Growth Board. Gavin holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England.
