Harrison Tse

Harrison Tse is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Principal Engineer at Barclays, overseeing a global team of 40 engineers since August 2024. Previously, at Google from July 2018 to August 2024, Harrison held multiple roles including Customer Innovation Engineering Lead for Financial Services, where industry-changing innovation prototypes were developed for major clients, and Cloud Customer Engineer, providing technical advisory in cloud engineering and architecture. Additionally, Harrison contributed pro bono as a Product Manager and AI Infrastructure Tech Lead for Google.org and began a career in data engineering as an Analyst. Prior to Google, Harrison co-founded Slingshot, a social enterprise aimed at enhancing the employability of young professionals, and served as a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Honors from the University of Liverpool.
