Hemlata T. has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as a Director (Head of Enterprise Architecture) and Director (CTO) at Barclays from March 2024 to December 2024. Prior to this role, Hemlata co-founded AAHENT Consulting Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, holding the position of Chief Technology Officer from January 2024 to April 2024, with a focus on product road mapping and project management. From May 2021 to December 2023, Hemlata was the Practice Head for Cloud at NewVision Software, specializing in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls from April 2017 to May 2021, with additional roles as Engineering Manager and Technical Architect. Hemlata holds a Chief Technology Officer Program degree from the Indian School of Business and a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
