Isha Sachdeva

Isha Sachdeva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leading roles within major financial institutions. Currently serving as a Director at Barclays since May 2022, Isha previously held the position of Vice President at Macquarie Group from April 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team for wholesale lending and asset finance, analyzing balance sheets, and assessing transactions in compliance with IFRS. Earlier roles at Macquarie encompassed financial and management reporting for corporate finance and complex structured products, alongside managerial responsibilities in financial consolidation within the corporate center. Isha began a career as an Analyst at Ernst and Young, specializing in statutory audits for public companies.
