Jisu Kim is currently the AVP of Decision Analytics at Barclays, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Jisu worked as a Manager in Sales Force Analytics & Optimization at BMO Financial Group from 2017 to 2019 and served as a Technical Lead and Analyst in the same area. Jisu began their career as a Junior Project Controls Engineer at Hatch from 2013 to 2014 and later worked as a Project Controller at Deloitte from 2014 to 2015. Jisu earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Engineering Business from the University of Toronto, graduating with Honours in 2013.
