John Devo is a highly experienced Banking Treasury Head of Finance with over 16 years in various Treasury Finance roles, including 12 years at Lloyds and 4 years at Barclays. Known as a forward strategic thinker, John possesses a comprehensive understanding of technical accounting and product knowledge within Treasury, including MTM, hedge accounting, and valuations. Over the past 3.5 years, John has led the Finance workstream as Lead SME for the Group’s IBOR transition programme, managing significant changes across all Finance divisions.
