John George is a Vice President of Group Sustainability at Barclays and a Sustainable Product Strategist at BlackRock. With extensive experience in front-office finance roles, John has worked in asset management, equity research, and investment banking, including roles at Lord Abbett and UBS Investment Bank. John is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rutgers University. Additionally, John co-hosts the podcast "Sustainability in Progress" and has served as a Sustainability Consultant at Everoot.
