Jonathan Norman

Jonathan Norman is the Head of Integrations and Testing in HR Technology at Barclays, where they previously served as a Project Manager and Vice President - HR Technology Project Manager. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University, Jonathan began their career at Barclays as a Technology Graduate, successfully leading technology transformation projects and engaging in community-driven initiatives. They also gained experience as a Learning Technology Officer at Liverpool John Moores University, supporting the integration of technology in education.
