Joykumar Solomon

Joykumar Solomon is the Head of Policy, Control & Risk Analytics at Barclays Bank, where they manage the Credit Risk Policy for retail, investments, and SME businesses, alongside the Credit Underwriting unit and the development of scorecards. Prior to this role, Joykumar served as Head of Credit Risk and Analytics at ABN Amro, overseeing various critical functions including budgeting and auditing for the retail business across the Middle East and Asia. Joykumar's extensive experience also includes leading credit operations at Citi and managing unsecured policy and risk analytics at Mashreqbank. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli.
