Kate Ramsden

Kate Ramsden is a strategic and commercially focused HR Leader with over 20 years of international experience in HR Business Partnership and Talent Management roles. Currently serving as HR Director for Job Architecture & Skills at Barclays, Kate previously held director positions within Barclays’ Global Functions and Transformation segments. Prior to that, Kate led HR initiatives at GE Capital across multiple international roles, particularly in commercial talent management and M&A activities. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Exeter and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.
