Kitty Ussher

Kitty Ussher is an experienced finance and policy professional currently serving as Managing Director and Group Head of Policy Development at Barclays since November 2023. Ussher is also a Non-Executive Director at London LGPS CIV Limited, where responsibilities include chairing the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Previous roles include Chief Economist at The Institute of Directors and Non-Executive Director at Revolut NewCo UK Ltd, where Ussher chaired the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
