Kyle Cassidy

Kyle Cassidy is a seasoned user experience (UX) design professional currently serving as Vice President of UX Design at Barclays since June 2022, and concurrently as Head of User Experience Design & Insights at Dept Agency since April 2018. Prior to this, Kyle held similar leadership roles at Building Blocks (UK) Ltd from October 2014 to April 2018, where key responsibilities included user research, UX workshops, and digital transformation strategies. Experience at Phones 4u spanned from December 2010 to October 2014, focusing on user experience optimization and product development. Kyle's career began at Key Stages Online Ltd as a Marketing Executive, where skills in web redevelopment and analysis were honed. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Staffordshire University, completed in 2009.
