Lance Williams

Lance Williams serves as the Head of US Government Relations at Barclays, where they lead outreach initiatives engaging with regulatory agencies and Congress. With previous roles including Senior Director of Federal Programs at the Nuclear Energy Institute and Director of U.S. Government Affairs at BP, they have consistently secured significant policy wins. Lance's expertise in strategic communications and international relations is complemented by a background in federal business affairs, highlighted by experience at the US Treasury and U.S. Department of Commerce. They hold a BA in Finance from Morehouse College.
