Lee Shephard is currently the Vice President and Control Partner in the Chief Controls Office at Barclays, a role held since 2024. Previously, they served in various positions at Barclays, including Assistant Vice President and Deputy Head of Operations Control. Lee’s career began at Barclays Bank as a Trade Services Analyst and Deputy Team Leader from 2002 to 2009. They hold a BA (HONS) in Business & Management and an HND in Business & Finance from the University of Northampton, as well as a certification as an International Trade Advisor from the Institute of Export. Lee is also pursuing a TAP Certificate in Training Delivery, Learning & Development.
