Xianjun Gu is currently the Office of Legal Obligations CCO at Barclays, where they lead a global initiative to proactively manage legal and regulatory changes. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Product Governance at Barclaycard Payments and held various positions including Risk & Governance Manager and Senior Control Manager at Barclaycard. With experience as a KYC Analyst at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and Shell, Xianjun has a strong background in risk management and compliance. They earned a Master's degree in International Account and Finance from The University of Stirling.
