Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is an Operational Risk Director at Barclays UK, where they have held various leadership roles since 2012, focusing on operational risk across multiple sectors, including Continental Europe, Russia, and Corporate Banking. With a strong background in managing risk for Omni Channel and Customer Experience, they currently oversee operational risk for Barclays' UK operations and technology. Mark is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Banking and Financial Support Services at Birmingham City University and is also studying Banking and Finance at the University of Central England.
