Mark Pugh

Mark Pugh is a Senior Investigations Manager at Barclays, where they manage a team of investigators focused on serious fraud and cyber crime. Previously, Mark served in various roles at Bedfordshire Police, including Detective Chief Inspector and Detective Sergeant, where they led investigations into firearms and organized crime and managed teams through significant change. Mark has experience in covert surveillance and operational command from their time as a Detective Constable with the Regional Organised Crime Unit. Mark earned a Master's degree in Criminology and Management with Distinction from the University of Cambridge.
