Matt James is a Lead Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing and delivering software solutions. They served as Development Team Leader at the University of Salford from 2008 to 2013 and held various roles at Barclays from 2017 to 2021, including Head of UNIX Change and Lead Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Accenture from 2004 to 2007. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lancaster University in 1991.
