Matt Wright

Matt Wright is the Vice President of Pension & Benefits at Barclays, where they have worked since 2020. With over 12 years of experience in the pensions and benefits industry, Matt previously held roles at Capita Employee Benefits, including Global Benefits Consultant and Pensions Administrator. They completed several qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute and the International Employee Benefits Association, including the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision and the Diploma in International Employee Benefits. Matt earned a degree in Business & Environment, Sustainability Studies from the University of Leeds from 2005 to 2008.
