Max Floss is currently the VP of Structured Credit at Barclays, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, Max worked as a VP Quant Analyst focused on credit derivatives and hybrids at NatWest Corporates and Institutions from 2019 to 2021 and served as an Associate Quantitative Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2017 to 2019. They began their career as a Trainee in FX Exotics & Hybrids Trading at Société Générale in 2016. Max holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics for Finance from École Polytechnique, where they completed their studies in 2016.
