Michael George

Michael George is currently the Head of Deployment Planning & Control at Barclays UK, a position they have held since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for managing change demand across Retail Products & Segments, overseeing roughly 600 change initiatives to ensure coordinated implementation while minimizing disruption. They have been with Barclays since 2011, where they previously served as Lead Deployment Planning Manager, managing change across Retail Branch Networks and Telephony teams. Michael started their career at Barclays Bank PLC as a Senior Deployment Planning Manager in 2004. They completed their high school education at Bishop Heber High School from 1983 to 1990.
