Mike Gault

Mike Gault is a highly motivated leader currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Operational Risk for the Americas at Barclays. With extensive experience in risk management and regulatory affairs, Gault previously held senior roles at institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., CIT, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. They have successfully built and developed high-performing teams, managed complex regulatory relationships, and driven significant improvements in risk governance. Gault's educational background includes an MA in American Studies from The University of Edinburgh and an ACIBS degree in Banking Law, Practice, and Accountancy from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
