Miles

Miles Ma is currently a Corporate Legal Counsel at Barclays, where they advise a variety of corporate clients, focusing on the financial services and infrastructure sectors. With dual qualifications, Miles specializes in corporate law matters, including cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. Prior to their role at Barclays, Miles gained significant experience as a Senior Associate at Allens and as a Law Ambassador and Peer Tutor at UNSW Australia. They hold degrees in Commerce and Laws from UNSW Australia and have studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and The University of Edinburgh.
