Neil Taylor has extensive experience in both military and corporate environments, having served in various roles within the Royal Navy from 2008 to 2009, including Navigation Officer and Submarine Controller. In the corporate sector, Neil worked at Barclays from 2019 to 2020, holding positions such as Project Manager and Data Governance Manager, where responsibilities included project delivery, data management, and strategic advisory roles. Neil's educational background includes a Foundation degree in Naval Science from the University of Plymouth, multiple Bachelor's degrees in Natural Sciences and Geology from Durham University and The Open University, and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, complemented by a Higher National Certificate in Nuclear Submarine Engineering Management from the Royal Navy Submarine School.
