Nick May

Nick May has extensive experience in the banking and wealth management sectors, having held significant roles at esteemed institutions such as HSBC Private Bank and Barclays. Notably, roles at HSBC Private Bank include Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, overseeing infrastructure and change for the UK and CI regions, as well as Business Head of Europe and International, where responsibilities encompassed various European and international markets. Prior to this, Nick served as Global Head of Fiduciaries, focusing on UK client management. Early career development included a graduate program at Barclays that spanned multiple countries and functions, culminating in leadership roles in advisory products and strategic planning. Education includes a CPE and Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in London, alongside training in mediation at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. Currently, Nick is a Managing Director at Philos & Partners as of August 2022.
