Paul Miszewski

Paul Miszewski is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Starting at SABMiller as a Regional HR Executive from March 1988 to June 1992, Miszewski then served as Divisional HR Director at The Foschini Retail Group from July 1992 to December 2009. Currently, Miszewski is the Head of HR for Southern Africa at Barclays Bank, a position held since January 2010, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries including Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Miszewski holds a B. Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town (1969-1972) and a Management Development Programme qualification from UNISA (1979).
