Richard Rust

Richard Rust is a senior financial services professional currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Innovation at Barclays Corporate Banking. They lead a team of twelve and are responsible for the financial management and client-facing products within the largest revenue stream of the bank. Previously, Richard held positions as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where they managed a Product Management team focused on global deposit offerings, and as the Director of Liquidity Product Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where they developed a new business line post-financial crisis. Richard also took a career break from 2014 to 2015 to focus on family.
