Rick Marshall has extensive experience in IT and technical services, currently serving as a Contact Centre e2e Infrastructure Manager at Barclays Bank since March 2011. Previously, Rick held the position of Technical Services Manager at CPM from November 2003 to April 2010 and served as IT Manager at both The NCC Group from 1999 to 2003 and NCC from 1984 to 1999. Rick's skill set encompasses contact centre technologies, client and supplier management, business continuity, network security, and IT infrastructure. Educationally, Rick holds a BSc in Computer Science from Coventry University, acquired between 1985 and 1989.
