Rohan Kumar is currently the Director and Head of Client Insights at Barclays, where they lead a diverse team focused on commercializing transactional and demographic data to provide insights for corporate clients. With extensive experience in analytics and product innovation, Rohan has previously held roles such as Head of Client Analytics and Senior Decision Analyst at Barclays, where they were pivotal in enhancing client relationships and driving process improvements. Prior to Barclays, Rohan worked at Compac as both a Pricing Systems Engineer and Commercial Analyst, where they established strategies for pricing and margin optimization. Rohan earned their degree from the University of Auckland between 2011 and 2014.
