Ruby Sharma

Ruby Sharma is a professional in banking operations with extensive experience in training and development. From 2017 to 2021, Ruby served as the National Head of Training and Quality for Collections at Home Credit India, where they led the training and quality initiatives across the country. Prior to that, Ruby held various roles at Barclays from 2014 to 2017, including Vice President of Banking Operations and Assistant Manager of Training. Additionally, Ruby is currently pursuing a PGDBM in HR at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master of Arts in English Literature at Daulat Ram College. Ruby also co-leads the INSPIRE Employee Resource Group, contributing to career development for others since 2005.
