Ryan Gough

Ryan Gough is a Barclays Business Manager for the West Midlands area and a recipient of the Barclays Exceptional Achievement Award in 2024. They began their career in banking in 1995 as a Telephone Banker for Barclaycall and progressed through various roles, including Telephone Banking Team Leader and Trainer, before taking on their current managerial position in 2007. With a focus on fostering strong relationships and offering tailored financial solutions, Ryan manages a diverse portfolio of business customers. They are also pursuing a certification at The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
