Sheena Fleming

Sheena Fleming is a Delivery Director at Barclays, where they have focused on project delivery and product management. Previously, from 2015 to 2020, Sheena served as a Delivery Lead and held earlier roles as a Project Manager at Barclays and 2ergo group plc, where they ensured successful project outcomes and managed client relationships. Sheena began their career as a Software Business Consultant at Bold Communications, where they led client projects from requirement gathering to implementation. They hold a BSc (Hons) 1st Class degree in Psychology from The University of Manchester.
