Stephen Siow

Stephen Siow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, internal audit, and enterprise risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Barclays since January 2022, Stephen focuses on enhancing team culture and empowering individuals through engaging learning sessions and workshops. Previously, Stephen held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Itaú Corpbanca New York, where responsibilities included training and stakeholder management. As an Advisory Senior Manager at Deloitte, Stephen facilitated both live and virtual training sessions while improving Internal Audit and compliance functions. Stephen also served as Head of Internal Audit at Moody's Corporation, where significant contributions included expanding audit coverage and prioritizing stakeholder needs. Stephen is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Rutgers School of Social Work, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
