Stuart Ball

Stuart Ball is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Barclays Corporate Banking since 2013, overseeing a Learning design team responsible for transforming the global mandatory training calendar for approximately 85,000 colleagues. As a Lead Designer, Stuart led a team in delivering a global mandatory learning curriculum consisting of 160 digital modules annually to 90,000 colleagues worldwide. Previously, from 1996 to 2012 at Barclays, Stuart served as Curriculum Development Manager, focusing on shared capabilities and the maintenance of mandatory training for Barclays UK, and as a Solutions Consultant, designing blended learning for various skills. Stuart's extensive experience also includes support for offshore learning programs and successful departmental restructuring that improved engagement and productivity.
