Stuart Ball

Stuart Ball has extensive experience in learning and development within the banking sector, specifically at Barclays and Barclays Corporate Banking from 2005 to 2025. As Learning and Development Manager, Stuart oversaw the transformation of the Global Mandatory training calendar, impacting approximately 85,000 colleagues. Stuart also led the design team responsible for delivering a global mandatory curriculum of 160 digital modules to 90,000 colleagues annually. Previously, as Curriculum Development Manager, Stuart built shared capabilities across HR and maintained UK mandatory training modules. Additional roles include Solutions Consultant, where Stuart designed blended learning programs, and Learning and Development Specialist, supporting offshore programs in Chennai and Mumbai.
