Stuart Orr

Stuart Orr is a senior leader with over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Wealth Management regulatory control. Currently serving as the Barclays Control Framework lead at Barclays since 2019, they are responsible for designing and implementing the Operational Risk Controls Framework and leading RCSA execution across Barclays. Previously, they held various roles at UBS, Commonwealth Bank, and ING, where they managed compliance and risk controls on a global scale. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance, and Commercial Law from the University of Otago.
