With a strong background in the finance industry, Wayne has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Head of Application Support at Barclays Partner Finance, where they embedded Conduct Risk and managed critical business systems. Wayne began their career as a Programmer at BNP Paribas, eventually transitioning to managerial roles in project management, data analysis, and product ownership across multiple organizations. They hold a degree in Computing from the University of Gloucestershire and are an Advanced Certified Product Owner as well as a Certified Scrum Master.
