Zhe Ma is the Vice President and Lead Enterprise Architect of Functions Technology CTO Office at Barclays, where they leverage extensive expertise in enterprise architecture to drive business change and enhance technology strategies. Previously, Zhe served as an Enterprise Architect at Unum from 2002 to 2018, focusing on optimizing business processes and software implementation.
