Alison V. has extensive experience in the field of executive assistance and customer service, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Barco since December 2005. In this role, Alison has also held positions such as Assistant to Management, Service Planner, and Service Coordinator, focusing on reallocating materials for EMEA customers, providing supply chain feedback, and being a primary contact for customers regarding spare parts and repairs. Additionally, Alison co-founded Elektro Masselis BVBA in February 2014, specializing in general electrical works including new construction, renovation, and advanced home control systems. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende, complemented by an A2 degree in Tourism from Koninklijk Technisch Atheneum De Panne.
