Eline Uvin

Eline Uvin is currently working as HR Project & Change Management – People & Culture Communications at Barco since March 2023, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and change management within a global inclusive framework. Prior to Barco, Eline served as a Senior Change & Communication Consultant at delaware BeLux from January 2018 to March 2023, contributing to IT integration and business goal achievement for clients. Eline's earlier roles include Project Manager at Venture Spirit, Project Assistant at iDROPS, and various positions in public relations and communications. Eline holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Ghent University and has completed multiple educational programs at Het Perspectief PCVO.
