Jan Keirsse

Jan Keirsse is currently the Industrialization Manager for Entertainment at Barco, overseeing a skilled R&D team focused on high-end TV product design and mechanics. With over 15 years of experience managing innovative projects from concept creation to product launch, Jan has developed a strong background in project management and resource allocation. Previously, Jan held roles at Philips Benelux and TP Vision, including Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and Director of Mechanical Innovation, leading teams in both mechanical development and cross-functional innovation initiatives. Jan earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Design from Ghent University, graduating with distinction.
