Johan Heyman

Johan Heyman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Johan started their career in 1985 as a VP of Operations at Alcatel Microelectronics, where they worked for 17 years until 2002. Following this, they joined ON Semiconductor as the General Manager of Belgium and later became the Site Manager in Oudenaarde. In 2007, they briefly worked at Gemidis as an observer to the board. In 2008, they joined Barco as the VP of Operations, a position they held until 2018. Johan then took on the role of Sr. Vice President of Organizational Excellence and, most recently, became the VP of HR Operations & Strategic Transformation Projects. Additionally, Johan Heyman has served as a board member at AAROVA since 2002.
