Lyon Chen

Lyon Chen has a strong background in engineering and technology, with extensive experience in management roles. Lyon started their career in 2009 as a Factory Director at INNOLUX Group, where they successfully conducted DFA for a LCD assembly factory and managed a team of approximately 2000 individuals. In 2016, Lyon joined GIO Optoelectronics Corp (3610) as a FAB Director, focusing on display manufacturing technology and leading multinational teams. Lyon then transitioned to Barco in 2018, where they held various positions including Operations Manager, Site Manager, and currently, Global Engineering and Technology Director. Lyon has played a crucial role in transforming the organization's RD orientation into mass production and has achieved substantial success in shipping products globally.

Lyon Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University, completing their education from 1995 to 2000.
