Rajeev Sharma possesses over 21 years of extensive experience in R&D, Test Engineering, Industrialization, and Project Management. Currently serving as Director of Test Engineering and Industrialization at Barco since 2007, Rajeev has excelled in roles including Assistant Director and Deputy General Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to implement innovative management techniques that enhance operations, project management, and business practices. Prior experience includes leading the technical development of broadband products at Sterlite Technologies Ltd. and managing R&D teams at Bharti Teletech Limited. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from BEC Bagalkot.
