Richard Chen

Richard Chen has extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as the Presales Technical Support Manager and Product Manager at Barco since February 2013, focusing on collaboration products and customer support. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Program Manager at Awind Inc from August 2007 to July 2018, where responsibilities included product planning and marketing for a wireless projection solution. Richard also achieved recognition as the product manager of the award-winning McTiVia. Earlier career roles included a specialist at Clientron for a brief period in 2007 and a managerial position at Microtek from September 1998 to May 2007, overseeing software testing and project management. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, obtained between 1991 and 1997, and graduated from Kaohsiung Senior High School in 1991.
