Sumit Mittal has over two decades of experience in research and development, currently serving as Director of R&D at Barco since July 2011, where significant achievements include transforming the Noida R&D Site into a Centre of Excellence for Project Management, delivering projects consistently on time for over two years, and acting as a Scrum Master to enhance software development teams' performance using the Scaled Agile Framework. Prior to Barco, Sumit held senior R&D management roles at Aricent from June 2004 to June 2011, leading engineering and program management for key telecom projects and facilitating team building and stakeholder engagement. Previous positions include roles at iPolicy Networks, Electronic Data Systems, and BTN Infotech, with a solid foundation in software engineering. Sumit completed education at Apeejay School from 1984 to 1997.
