Swati Vaish has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Lead Software Development Engineer and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at Barco since January 2020. Prior to this role, Vaish worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead from January 2018 to January 2020 and held a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Aricent from May 2016 to December 2017. Vaish began a career at IBM as a System Engineer from October 2015 to May 2016 and worked as a Software Engineer at Lrnr (Pochys Ventures Inc.) from February 2013 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes an internship at SIS Technologies Software Solution Consultancy Research and Training from January 2012 to January 2013, where work focused on Java. Vaish holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science from C.S.J.M University in 2008. A project on Airline Management System using C++ was completed during education at MNNIT Allahabad in 2010.
