Tom Holbrook

Tom Holbrook is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in optomechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Barco since November 2018, Tom previously held positions at Avigilon as a Mechanical Designer and at Tamaggo as a Mechanical Engineer, where the role involved designing housing for a panoramic imaging system. Additional experience includes mechanical design roles at Research In Motion, contributing to the development of Blackberry smartphones, and various co-op positions focusing on engineering solutions and automation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2011.
