Umesh Sharma

Umesh Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in test engineering and industrialization, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Barco since November 2006. In this role, Umesh oversees the development of Automatic Test Equipment (ATEs) and test solutions in collaboration with overseas EMS suppliers. Prior to this, Umesh worked as an R&D Engineer at PEP Infotech Limited from 2004 to 2006, focusing on the design and development of analog and digital circuits, as well as programming in embedded C for 8051 microcontrollers. Umesh began a career in R&D engineering at ECE Electronic Systems (P) Ltd. in the Elevator Division from August 2003 to September 2004, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Umesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from CCS University, obtained between 1999 and 2003, and received foundational education in Science and Mathematics at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1996 to 1998.
